PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder which can aim at reducing the number of parts, assembly man-hours and a manufacturing cost, without a connection process by soldering of lead wire or the like and which can incorporate a complex- shaped holder part and an elastic connector part. SOLUTION: The holder 2 is provided with a conductive part 23, consisting of a magnetic conductive powder chain with magnetic conductive powder tied into a row through attraction of magnet at a holding part 22 for mounting an electronic component on, to which an elastic connector part 21, electrically connecting an electrode 11 of the electronic component 1 and a substrate electrode 31 with the conductive part 23 being formed integrally.
