PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with an outlet member 19 by reversing the directions of load check valves R1 and R2 from the conventional directions. SOLUTION: The load check valves R1 and R2 provided on valve units 4 and 5 direct the spring chambers 20 and 21 to an inlet member 18 side and direct seat parts 29 and 30 in a direction opposite to the inlet member 18.
