The scooter comprises a support structure (11), a front steering wheel (12) and a rear wheel (13). The front wheel is mounted on a support (14) which comprises a partially circular element integral with the wheel and mounted on a second element fixed to the support structure. These two concentric elements are located in a plane inclined to the horizontal, the first element rotating relative to the second element. The steering column (26), supported by a rod (27), is connected to the support and carries the handlebars (28). The support structure also supports a motor unit (29), two rear wheel suspension arms (30), the rear wheel suspension (31) and the saddle. The structure is constituted from two half shells (11a) and completed by a casing (11b,11c)
