The system includes an echograph (4) having an acoustic probe (1) with an antennae made up of acoustic transducers (12) allowing sound probing of a work volume in which the tissue to be examined is placed. The echograph being programmed to analyze the acoustic signals reflected by the tissue and captured by the transducer, in order to extract echographic images. It has a probe with a synthetically treated antenna (2), this antennae having one or more aligned transducers , which are moved along a surface, during the course of the echography.
