PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna converter and a distributor which, attains simplifying of manufacturing process, by improving a waterproof structure of an F connector built in a converter or the like of an antenna for a satellite broadcasting receiver. SOLUTION: The converter, equipped at least with an F connector built in to receive electric waves and with a central conductor electrically connected to an exterior of the converter, when or after the F connector is built in a chassis to construct this converter, is filled with a silicon bond as waterproof resin from the inside of the chassis at a waterproof part of the central conductor of the F connector and a stopper-contacting part, that is, a connecting part of the chassis with the F connector.
