BUS BRIDGE INTERFACE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bridge interface system provided with a smooth bus arbitration function in a micro control system for a plurality of buses. SOLUTION: A bus bridge 315 is defined so as to provide an interface between two AHB buses 300 and 330. A first bus is for transferring data from CPUs 301 and 306 to memories 307, 308 and 335 and peripheral devices. A second bus is for supporting the transfer of a large quantity of data by a single peripheral device 333 to a local memory 335 or other local peripheral devices 331 and 332. The AHB-HTB bus bridge 315 provides a means for interfacing these two different AHB buses. The interfacing means makes communication between the buses possible and also guarantees data integrity.
