PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board and a connecting structure for terminal part of the same with which connection reliability can be improved by providing a high connection strength between the terminal part of the circuit board and the external terminal of an external circuit from the beginning of connection. SOLUTION: On a terminal 6 of a circuit board 1, a nickel plating layer having the thickness of from 1.0 to 4.0μm is formed as a base plating layer 7, and, after a solder bump 8 is formed on that base plating layer 7, that solder bump 8 is connected with an external terminal 5 formed on the external circuit.
