PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial fixing device for a flange, enabling easy assembling of the flange on a disc, without no special tools for compressing a fixing ring and lengthening the service life of the disc. SOLUTION: The fixing ring 20 of the flange 13 on the disc 1 is arranged in a hollowed part 10 in front of which is the disc 1 demarcated in particular by an edge 8 radially extending outward. The fixing ring 20 is ring-shaped, has a slit and includes a chamfering part 24. The bevel part 24 can cooperate with a bevel part 19, provided corresponding to one end 17 of a radially inner leg 16 of an inside part 14 of the flange 13. The bevel parts 24 and 19 cooperate with each other, while assembling the flange 13 and the fixing ring 20 installed in the recess part 10 in advance is compressed.
