PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a home page by using the unique key of a telephone number. SOLUTION: By relating how to have an address or domain name with a telephone number or using a CGI, a relational database of telephone number and URL is prepared and a jump to the URL provided by that database is conducted.
