PURPOSE: Provided are gruel composition using medicinal herbs and its manufacturing method, thereby producing the gruel composition containing pharmaceutical efficacies of the various medicinal herbs and removed peculiar smell of the medicinal herbs. CONSTITUTION: The gruel composition is characterized by comprising 25g of Liriope platyphylla, 3 cups of water, 60g of rice. It optionally comprises: 15g of Lycium chinense Mill, 60g of rice and 5 cups of water; 10g of Polygonum multiflorum, 3 pieces of jujube, 50g of rice, 5 cups of water, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt; 3-5g of extract of mulberry fruit, 60g of rice, and 3 and a half cups of water; or 20g of Puerariae Radix, 60g of rice and 3 and 3/4 cups of water, instead of including Liriope platyphylla. |
