The shoe insole has a lower surface applied to the inside of a shoe sole and an upper surface which matches the contour of the wearer's foot and which is provided with an upper fabric layer (1) and an underlying fabric layer (2), each extending over the full length of the foot and an elastic reinforcing layer (3) between the heel region (8) and the ball of the foot region (6.7). The different fabric layers are bonded together via a resin material, with the rigidity of the insole being higher in the heel region and the ball of the foot region. An Independent claim for a manufacturing method for a shoe insole is also included.
