PURPOSE: A structure of shroud of air conditioner is provided to reduce working process and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a shroud main body(30); a first upper plate(41) and a second upper plate(42); and a fixing structure. The shroud main body has a narrow supporting part(32), to which a side surface part of an outdoor heat exchanger is inserted, on one side thereof and a penetrating hole(31) formed on a center thereof. The first upper plate covers an upper surface of the narrow supporting part and the second upper plate covers the rest of the upper surface of the shroud main body and all of them are coupled on an upper surface of the shroud main body and have one sides hingedly connected to the shroud main body. The fixing structure fixes the upper plates on the shroud main body.
