PURPOSE: A shafting coupling structure of an electric motor is provided to prevent the separation of a bearing housing by forming a hole on the bearing housing and a protuberance on a molding structure. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of protuberances are formed on a molding structure(13) through the injection molding. A pin(100) or a brass bar is inserted into the molding structure(13). The pin(100) is a cross-shaped for preventing that it is easily separated by external impact. A peripheral surface of the brass bar is knurled. A hole corresponding to the respective protuberances is formed on a position of a bearing housing(27). The pin(100) or the brass bar is coupled to the hole of the bearing housing(27) through the caulking or spinning. Thus, the separation of the bearing housing(27) is prevented.
