PURPOSE: A client system for language education and test, and a remote language education and test system are provided to execute an analyzed problem on a user computer by analyzing a problem file transmitted from a server and to execute a language test and learning according to a selection of user by using the problem file. CONSTITUTION: The client system(30) connecting to a server(10) connecting to a problem database(12) through a network(20) such as the Internet. The server is a computer system having an input part, a storage part, a display part, and a communication part. The storage part stores a program to edit a language test problem and a problem file execution program. The problem edit program edits a listening problem, a grammar problem and a reading problems according to a sequential process, generates a problem by combining the problems, and stores the generated problems in the problem database. The server has a plurality of web pages(11) providing a service contents in order to enable the client computer to download the problem file execution program and problem files.
