PURPOSE: A system for distribution and integration process of AD(Advertisement) on a network is provided to maximize the efficiency and to remove the bottleneck at a low cost without a separate backup device and middleware. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a plurality of AD web servers(60) executing a corresponding command by receiving a command and AD data from the Adqupid server(70) and displaying an AD file of specific web site on a user computer(10), the Adqupid server having a plurality of AD web servers as a client, controlling the AD web servers not to collide each other, storing/updating/deleting the AD file in the AD database(71) and maintaining the AD database(61) same as the AD database(71), an integrating management server(80) having a plurality of Adqupid server, controlling the Adqupid servers not to collide each other, storing/updating/deleting the AD file in the AD database(81) same as the AD database(71), and storing/updating/deleting the corresponding AD database(71) by interposing to other Adqupid server.
