The invention relates to dietetics, gerontology and geriatrics. It makes it possible to evaluate the water purity from the gerontological point of view in the case of water used as drinking water or to prepare drinks, foodstuffs, medicinal compositions, cosmetics and others. The invention can be used to improve health, life quality and lifespan. The inventive method consists in determining the melting point of an analyzed sample, calculating the value of thermal depression of the melting point for the sample analyzed in comparison with distilled water and calculating an index (displayed in points) of the purity of the sample from the gerontological point of view. |
