Use of a composition (A) containing stem cells (SC) and CD6-depleted stem cells (DSC) for inducing tolerance to allogenic transplants and/or for treating hematological, immune and/or cancer diseases. SC are administered first, then DSC. An Independent claim is also included for a combined product comprising SC and DSC for temporally staged administration.
