A method for electronically carrying out bidding- procuring-processes, requires initially storing costs-planning of an enquirer in a databank in which the costs-planning contains a number of catalogue filings. Each application or bids of a number of bidders is stored in a databank, in which each bid for at least one catalogue filing in the costs-planning defines at least one of the bid price functions, depending on the bid quantity. A virtual consortium from the number of bidders is automatically determined.
