PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting and receiving signals for a mobile communication is provided to decrease the loss of the signals by installing a strip line so that a transmitting and receiving unit resonates in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(20) includes a transmitting terminal(Tx2) for receiving a transmission signal from a system, a transmitting capacitor(C21) for connecting to the transmitting terminal(Tx2) in series and preventing the input of unnecessary DC component, a transmitting diode(D21) for being turned on/off according to the power supply and blocking of a power unit(10) so that signals are transmitted through the transmitting capacitor(C21), and the first resonating line(S23) for connecting to the transmitting diode(D21) in parallel to form a resonating circuit. A receiving unit(30) comprises a receiving terminal(Rx2) for inputting a receiving signal to the system, a receiving capacitor(C24) for connecting to the receiving terminal(Rx2) in series and preventing the input of unnecessary DC component among signals received from an antenna unit(40), and a receiving diode(D22) for connecting to one side of the receiving capacitor(C24) in parallel and being turned on/off according to the power supply and blocking of the power unit(10). The receiving unit(30) has the first ground capacitor(C23) for connecting to the receiving diode(D22) in series and being grounded, the second resonating line(S24) for connecting to the receiving diode(D22) in parallel and performing a resonating operation, and a signal transmitting line(S12) for connecting to the antenna unit(40) and the transmitting unit(20) and transmitting the signals inputted from the antenna unit(40) and the transmitting unit(20) to the receiving diode(D22) and the receiving capacitor(C24).
