The invention relates to optics, in particular to persons using framed spectacles. Said invention makes it possible to protect the face of the person using the spectacles against environmental effects, i.e. radiation, dust, allergens etc. with the aid of decorative elements. The inventive frame is provided with suspended protective and decorative elements which are arranged on said frame and/or ear arms and protect the face against environmental effects, i.e. radiation, dust and allergens. The inventive protective and decorative elements can be embodied in the form of chain made of a metal and/or alloys thereof, cotton threads, ribbons, various figures, banners with graphic and/or conceptual designations. Said protective and decorative elements can be made of porous material and impregnated with aromatic substances. They can be embodied in the form of tubes of various dimensions and made for example from materials (metals, ceramic materials, metal-ceramic materials) which enable said tubes to sound in various tonalities when they collide to each other. Other embodiments of the protective and decorative elements are also disclosed.
