PURPOSE: A warning device of rearward moving of a vehicle is provided to generate a warning sound in case of rearward moving of a vehicle for precisely informing drivers of following cars of the rearward moving intension. CONSTITUTION: A warning device of rearward moving of a vehicle includes a backup switch(1) for controlling power supply, a first relay(2) for controlling a voltage supplied to rearward lamps, a second relay(4) for controlling the power supply for a rearward moving warning system, a brake switch(5) for supplying the power to the rearward moving warning system in general but to brake lamps when a brake pedal is manipulated, an acceleration switch(6) for supplying the power to a fourth relay when an acceleration pedal is manipulated, a third relay(9) for keeping "ON" state until the backup switch or a constant closed switch is turned off even though the acceleration switch is turned off, and the fourth relay(7) for supplying the power to a warning element(8) when either of the acceleration switch or the third relay is turned on.
