Flowable non-crosslinked polyorganosiloxane contains at least one quaternary group comprising at least one nitrogen atom, and at least one further polar radical. Flowable non-crosslinked polyorganosiloxane has the structural units, -Si(CH3)2-O-, -Si(CH3)(Z)-O-, Si(CH3)(X)-O-, and optionally at least one unit of formula, -Si(-O-)(CH3)-O-. The structural units may be distributed over the polysiloxane chain in any desired way, where the two terminal groups of the polyorganosiloxane are formed by units of formula, (CH3)(Y2)Si-O-.
