PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a control panel for a microwave oven is provided to reduce working process by combining the control panel simply without a screw, and to cut down expenses and reduce cumulative tolerance by minimizing parts. CONSTITUTION: A control panel assembling system of a microwave oven is composed of a control panel(20) including a function display, function buttons and a grille installed in the front of the microwave oven; a front plate(44) placed in the rear part of the control panel to form the front of the microwave oven; a lower assembling unit installed in the lower part of the control panel and the front plate, and inserted with elastic force; and an upper assembling unit supported by the lower assembling unit, and inserted to fit the control panel to the front plate. A control panel hook(40) is inserted to a rectangular hole(46) of the front plate, and a hole of a control panel fitting part(22) is placed in a pin(24). The lower corner of the rectangular is inserted to a hook assembling groove(42) in pushing the control panel down, and the lower part of the control panel is assembled. The upper part of the control panel is combined with inserting a body(24b) of the pin to the hole. Working process is reduced with assembling the control panel conveniently, and the control panel is combined firmly with installing a movement preventive unit.
