PURPOSE: A shroud of axial fan for outdoor unit of air conditioner is provided to increase air volume and to reduce noise by reducing resistance of flow of air in an air discharging part. CONSTITUTION: A shroud includes a fixing part(101); an extension part(103); a first curved surface part(105); a second curved surface part(107); and a diffuser part(109). The fixing part is fixed on one side of an inside of an outdoor unit(10). The extension part is extended from the fixing part toward an air intake part approximately parallel to axial direction of an axial fan. The first curved surface part is extended from an end of the extension part toward inside of radial direction to be curved by a certain radius of curvature(R1). The second curved surface part is extended from an end of the first curved surface part toward an air discharge part to be curved again by the radius of curvature same as the first curved surface part. The diffuser part is extended from an end of the second curved surface part toward the air discharge part approximately parallel to the axial direction of the axial fan.
