PURPOSE: A red light emitting substance for an organic electroluminescence device and an electroluminescence device using the substance are provided, which substance contains phenothiazine compound and is improved in the brightness and the emitting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The red light emitting substance comprises phenothiazine represented by the formula 1, wherein A is an aryl group substituted with an alkyl group of C1-C20, a heteroaryl group substituted with an alkyl group of C1-C20, an alkyl group of C1-C20, a trialkylsilylaryl group having an alkyl group of C1-C20, or a triarylsilylaryl group having an alkyl group of C1-C20; and B and C are both cyano group, or B is H and C is a group represented by the formula 2. In the formula 2, R1 is an alkyl group of C1-C20, an aryl group substituted with an alkyl group of C1-C20, or a heteroaryl group substituted with an alkyl group of C1-C20; and R2 is an alkyl group of C1-C10 or forms a 5-6 membered ring together with R1.
