The wall-mounted heater (1) has a number of generally horizontal heating tubes (2), over each other, opening at both sides into a vertical distribution pipe. The two distribution pipes (3) have laying edges over their whole length, which lie directly at the wall. The laying edges are the outer edges at the side of the distribution pipes away from the heating tubes, and inner edges can also lie directly at the wall. The heating tubes have a convex curvature. The wall mountings are covered by the heater structure.
