PURPOSE: A bumper for a vehicle is provided to minimize an injury of a human body when a collision accident between a vehicle and a walker happens, by installing a buffer material and a bending prevention unit at an inside of a bumper face. CONSTITUTION: A buffer material(10) is installed at an inside of a bumper face(11) to protect a vehicle and a walker from a collision impact when a collision accident between the vehicle and the walker happens. A soft foam resin can be used as the buffer material. A steel rail(20) is installed at a backside against to a collision direction. A steel rail(20) is installed at a backward against to a collision direction. A bending prevention unit(30) is installed at a lower portion of the buffer material(10). A steel pipe(31) having a diameter of 20 millimeters and a thickness of 1t is used as the bending prevention unit(30). If the bending prevention unit(30) is installed at the buffer material(10), the collision impact caused to a colliding between the vehicle and the walker is transferred to the bending prevention unit(30) and the steel rail(20) via the buffer material(10) to reduce the impact subsequently.
