PURPOSE: A method for limiting the origination of an office line in a keyphone system is provided to limit the origination of the office line of a subscriber terminal after a time designated in a timer elapses by adding the timer in the keyphone system. CONSTITUTION: It is confirmed whether a predetermined permission time of a timer is ended(S69). If the predetermined permission time of the timer is ended, the timer transmits a timer end message to an extension call process unit(S70). A subscriber record deletion message of a subscriber terminal is inputted from the extension call process unit, a corresponding memory unit deletes a guest room number from a charge levy database of the subscriber terminal(S71), and resets a flag for cancelling the origination of an office line of the subscriber terminal(S72).
