PURPOSE: A method and a device for an education by individual characteristic using the Internet are provided to enhance the satisfaction both learner and teacher and to maximize the learning ability by selectively applying a learning method according to the learning ability of each person. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of executing a first evaluation by driving a learning evaluation DB according to the user's log-in, storing and classifying the analyzed result of personal evaluation result into items and types, progressing the stepped learning according to the evaluation result and re-progressing the learning result to a separate previous storing step and selecting a choice of maintaining the present learning method and changing to other learning method after determining the decision of learning method through a second evaluation.
