PURPOSE: A wire taping apparatus is provided to increase working efficiency and the productivity by improving taping speed, and to tape wire accurately by adjusting tension with rotating a capstan. CONSTITUTION: A wire taping machine is composed of a wire supply unit(10) supplying wires; a taping part(20) having a supporting plate including a through hole, a vertical pipe including a longitudinal groove in the upper part of the support plate, a tape installed in the vertical pipe and wound on the wire passing through the vertical pipe, and a motor turning the tape; plural pulleys transferring wire from the wire supply unit to the taping part; a wire loading part(50) loading the taped wire; and capstans transferring the wire from the taping part to the wire loading part. Working efficiency and productivity are improved with increasing taping speed of wire. The wire is taped accurately.
