TEST TRAY INSERT OF TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: A test tray insert of a test handler is provided to load or unload easily a device by improving a structure of the test tray insert. CONSTITUTION: A test tray insert(200) is formed with a housing(210) for receiving a device, a stopper(220) for fixing the device from both ends of the housing(210), a locker(230), and a compression spring(241). A receipt portion(211) is formed within the housing(210). A plate projection(212) and a support projection(219) are formed on a bottom face of the receipt portion(211). A loading portion(213) is formed at both sides of the receipt portion(211). The loading portion(213) has a plurality of projections(214,215). A through-hole(216) is formed in a lower portion of the loading portion(213). The stopper(220) is inserted into the loading portion(213) of the housing(210). Both sides(231) of the locker(230) are inserted into the loading portion(213). The compression spring(241) is inserted between a fixing groove(234) of the locker(230) and the projection(215) of the housing(210).
