摘要 PURPOSE: A telephone for a call management system and a call management apparatus driven in a computer are provided to output a caller ID through a communication port and pop up a call management database in real time using the caller ID as a classification code of the call management database. CONSTITUTION: A ring signal detecting unit(24) detects a ring signal inputted through a telephone office line unit(11). A controller(19) receives signals from the ring signal detecting unit(24) or a key input unit, and is operated according to a certain program. An office line control circuit unit(12) connects to the telephone office line unit(11), and is operated according to the output signal of the controller(19). A handset(14) connects to the office line control circuit unit(12) through a call circuit. A dial signal generating unit(16) generates a dial signal to the call circuit according to the output signal of the controller(19). An amplifying unit(17) amplifies a voice signal and a tone outputted from the call circuit and the controller(19). A memory(20) stores data processed by the controller(19). A display unit(22) displays information outputted from the controller(19). A call ID detecting unit(15) detects a caller ID inputted through the telephone office line unit(11) according to the output signal of the controller(19), transmits data information to the controller(19), and transmits the caller ID outputted from the controller(19) to a computer through a communication port.
