PURPOSE: A multi-functional ear phone is provided to recognize a user through the ear phone and perform a telephone conversation in case that a bell is ringing while it connects to various acoustic devices and a cellular phone simultaneously for hearing a music. CONSTITUTION: A controller(30) is formed at one side of an ear phone(20) having a microphone(10), and the controller(30), a cellular phone connection code(40), and an acoustic device connection code(50) connect, respectively. A cellular phone connection jack, an acoustic device connection jack are formed in the controller(30), and an on/off switch(33), a telephone/acoustic device switch(34), an acoustic adjusting switch(35), and a tape speed adjusting switch(36) are installed in the controller(30). Connection plugs(41,42,51,52) are installed at both sides of the cellular phone connection code(40), and the acoustic device connection code(50), respectively.
