A power supply device, comprising a pneumatic actuator part (11) having a cylinder (13) and a piston (14) and a power generation part (12) generating a power by converting the linear reciprocating motion of the piston (14) to the relative motion of a coil (38) to a magnetic circuit (44), wherein the coil (38) is installed at the tip of the piston (14) through a bobbin (41) and the magnetic circuit (44) is formed of a yoke (37), a pole piece (39), and a magnet (40), whereby the piston (14) performs the linear reciprocating motion with the supply of compressed air.
