PURPOSE: A private network using a bluetooth technique and a communication method using the same are provided to apply a network by a mobile Internet protocol and a cellular Internet protocol to the bluetooth technique and support a hand-off of a mobile bluetooth equipment. CONSTITUTION: A bluetooth access point(40) plays a base station role in a bluetooth pico net and interfaces a signal transmitted from an external network with a bluetooth equipment(41). A gateway(43) interfaces a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)(44) and a bluetooth network, transmits a beacon signal to the bluetooth equipment(41) of each local bluetooth network to grasp a position of the bluetooth equipment(41), communicates with a home agent(45) of each bluetooth equipment(41), and performs an authentication work of the bluetooth equipment(41). Two bluetooth chips are embedded in each bluetooth equipment(41) for performing a communication between the bluetooth access point(40) and the bluetooth equipment(41). Two power measuring units are embedded in each bluetooth equipment(41) for measuring a power of a transmission signal from the bluetooth access point(40) of each pico net in a place in which two bluetooth pico nets are overlapped. A router(42) interfaces the bluetooth access points(40).
