PURPOSE: A process for producing unrefined rice wine containing green tea components is provided, thereby producing high quality unrefined rice wine having improved flavor. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing unrefined rice wine containing green tea components is characterized by adding 0.5 to 2.0 wt.% of steamed green tea into unrefined rice wine together with yeast then fermenting them, wherein the steamed green tea is capable of emitting a largest amount of green tea components; and while adding the steamed green tea to the unrefined rice wine, a largest amount of Catechin in green tea components can be eluted and the color of the unrefined rice wine is the best; and the yeast is Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
