PURPOSE: A communication network system for a language education and test is provided to perform a learning, lecture and test for language test using a communication network and to provide a server program editing a problem file including a language test problem for foreign language. CONSTITUTION: A server is equipped with a listening problem editor(220) editing a listening test problem made of a voice problem and a text example, a first grammar problem editor(230) editing a blank type grammar problem by combining a text and example data, a second grammar problem editor(240) editing a correction type grammar problem by using the text information and special symbols, a reading problem editor(250) editing a reading problem by combining a problem data, example data and indication text, a storage storing the edited problem files, and a transmitting device transmitting the problem files stored in the storage to a client according to the request of client. The client is equipped with a user request generating device to request a transmission of problem files to a server for trial examination and learning, and a receiving device to receive the problem file from the server.
