METHOD OF FABRICATING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A method of fabricating an LCD panel is provided to form a plating layer on an Al or Al-series single gate pad, to reduce a contact resistance of the plating layer connected with a driving circuit of the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: Gate wires, a gate electrode, and a gate pad(203) are formed on a substrate(201). A gate insulating layer(204) is formed in front of the substrate(201). A semiconductor layer is formed on the gate insulating layer(204). A data wire and a data pad are formed on the gate insulating layer(204). Source/drain electrodes are formed on the semiconductor layer to form a thin film transistor. A protecting layer(208) is formed on a front side including the source/drain electrodes. The drain electrode, the gate pad(203), and the data pad are exposed. A plating layer(209) is formed on the exposed gate pad(203). A transparent plating layer(210) connected to the gate pad(203) and the data pad is formed.
