SEMI-AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC RIVETING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A semi-automatic pneumatic riveting apparatus is provided to improve work efficiency, maximize quality of products and prevent safety accidents by installing an apparatus onto which an air gun semi-automatically operated during riveting and a reactionary unit added holder are mounted before riveting. CONSTITUTION: The semi-automatic pneumatic riveting apparatus comprises a plurality of moving wheels(30) which are fixed to the lower part of a travelling crane(10); a scissor-type lift(12) which is installed at the upper part of the travelling crane(10) and hydraulically operated; a turn unit(16) and an operation platform(14) which are fixed to the upper part of the scissor-type lift(12); an up-down unit(18) which is installed inside the turn unit(16); a gun holder(24) combined with a reactionary unit is fixed to the upper part of the up-down unit(18); a rivet gun(22) which is equipped with a handle and installed at the inner part of the gun holder(24); an oil system(26) which is equipped at one side part of the operation platform(14); a hose reel(28) which is fixed to one side part of the upper part of the operation platform(14); and a slide unit(20) which is installed at the side part of the gun holder(24).
