PURPOSE: A manipulation device for a manual transmission of a vehicle is provided to divide a finger part into a plurality of fingers and interpose a damper element to the divided portions, thereby reducing the holding feeling of a shift lever and improving the transmission property. CONSTITUTION: A manipulation device for a manual transmission of a vehicle includes a control shaft moving horizontally in a control housing when a shift lever is manipulated, a finger part axially coupled with the control shaft to operate in association with the control shaft and divided into a plurality of fingers(22,24), a damper element(70) interposed among the plurality of divided fingers, and a lug part(40) coupled with lower ends of the fingers.
