PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an organic EL(ElectroLuminescent) device is provided to suppress generated leakage current in advance, caused by heat of the sealing process. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing method of the organic EL device, an optical-annealing is made before sealing, by making a light of irradiation wavelength(λ) in a range 300-500 nm irradiated on the transparent insulating substrate(1) that is formed with the element main parts made of an anode(2), a positive hole transport layer(3), an organic luminous layer(4) and a cathode(5). |
