PURPOSE: A child car seat including a belt locking apparatus is provided to buckle the seat belt conveniently, and to fix the car seat firmly by placing the seat belt in opening the lock arm and holding the seat belt in closing the lock arm. CONSTITUTION: A child car seat(10) has a belt insertion opening(13) having inlets at opposite sides to receive a seat belt(16) inserted, and an aperture(14) opening to the front surface to access to the belt insertion opening. A belt locking apparatus(20) is disposed inside the belt insertion opening to be handled through the aperture. The belt locking apparatus includes a base fixed inside the belt insertion opening, and a lock arm disposed for rotating against the base to receive the seat belt. The lock arm contains the seat belt in opening the lock arm, and clamps the seat belt between the lock arm and the base in closing the lock arm. |
