SAMPLE PART TEMPLATE OF STRINGER FOR AIRCRAFT AND FORMING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A forming method of a sample part template for a stringer in an aircraft is provided to manufacture the stringer efficiently and test accurately by overlapping the sample part template on the stringer, and to improve working efficiency and productivity by preventing failure with marking shape information in the sample part template. CONSTITUTION: A sample part(200) is manufactured as the same shape as a stringer(100), and treated with heat. The upper part and the edge of the sample part are cut with the Z-shape to eliminate interference and prevent deformation. An EOP(End of Part) line index groove(210) is formed in the upper part of the sample part to scribe the EOP line in cutting the part of the stringer. A sample part template(300) is formed with marking information on shape of the stringer in the upper part of the sample part. A fixing hole(220) is formed in the sample part template. The stringer is manufactured and tested accurately with manufacturing the sample part template, and working efficiency and productivity are increased.
