PURPOSE: An information paper producing method is provided to store a plurality of image data with the same link address in a server and clients, to exchange the link addresses between the server and the client in place of the image data itself, and to call the image data by using the exchanged link address. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of installing a database, a server and a client(s100), enabling a user to edit an information paper over the client and to generate encoding data resulted from the edition of the information paper, for example, in the case of a name card, to edit image data including a company name, a name, an address and a background graphic and to encode the image data with edition data(s200), enabling the user to transmit the encoding data to the server and recovering the transmitted encoding data at the server(s300), and enabling the server to print the information paper, i.e. a name card, by using the recovered image data(s400). In the step s300, the server decodes the encoding data into link addresses and edition data, then searches for image data corresponding to the link addresses from a database, and recovers the image data of the information paper by referring to the transmitted edition data.
