PURPOSE: An electronic commerce method for electric materials is provided to offer various bidding manners and a negotiation function for enabling users to perform an electronic commerce on the electric materials like a real transaction. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of constructing databases for managing members, reference data, bidding informations, bid participations, estimate requests, estimate specifications, and negotiation informations(S1), enabling a user or a manager accessing a service site and inputting an ID and a password for passing an authentication process(S2, S3, S4), if the accessing user is a buyer, detecting a bid request, and registering bid specifications, a bid kind, a bid standard, and detailed items at the database(S5), if the accessing user is a seller, displaying bidding informations, enabling the seller to input a request form for participating in a bid, and registering the bid participation request informations at a database(S6), if the accessing user is a manager, displaying seller related informations, checking if the bid participation request informations matches the bid request informations, approving the seller participation in the bid, and registering the bid participation approval informations at a database(S7), if the buyer requests a bid process, displaying the bid process result, and enabling the buyer to select bid participants offering prices under a prearranged reference(S8), if the buyer requests an estimate form, enabling the buyer to fill in an estimate request form, classifying the estimate form into general estimate data and detailed estimate data, and registering them at a database(S9), if the seller requests a registration of an estimate form, enabling the seller to register an estimate form at a database(S10), and if the buyer requests estimate forms to be transmitted by the sellers, displaying them, enabling the buyer to request a negotiation form, and registering the negotiation data at a database(S11).
