PURPOSE: A method for controlling a computer program using voice recognition is provided to control an OS(Operating System) of a computer with a voice recognition technology, without an input device through a manual operation such as a keyboard or a mouse, so that the disabled persons can easily control the computer OS. CONSTITUTION: A voice command is inputted through a voice input unit(S100). Whether the inputted voice command is recognized is checked(S110). If not recognized, a message of re-inputting the voice command is outputted in a voice, and the step of S100 is returned(S120). If the inputted voice command is recognized, the inputted voice command is compared with a voice command registered in a voice data unit(S130). Whether the inputted voice command is registered is checked, and if not registered, the step of S120 is returned(S140). If the inputted voice command is registered, the command is performed(S150).
