PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carbide and activated carbon having a desired function suitable for demand with saved energy at high yield by control of temperature of a carbonization process and flexible control of the activation condition in a activation process. SOLUTION: The continuous carbonization furnace is provided with a carbonization reaction furnace main body, a plurality of stirring parts mounted in the bottom of the carbonization reaction furnace main body to produce the desired carbide by successively repeating carbonization reaction, a raw material supply means continuously supplying a raw material, which is a material to be carbonized, to a 1st stage stirring part, a gas combustion furnace combusting a carbonization gas generated in the carbonization reaction furnace main body and provided successively to the carbonization reaction furnace main body, a temperature control means for the carbonization reaction furnace main body, an air supply means supplying air to the gas combustion furnace and an auxiliary combustion means for the raw material for the 1st stage stirring part and the continuous carbonization activation furnace is formed by attaching an activation furnace for activating the transported carbide produced through a plurality of stirring parts successively to the final stirring part in the carbonization reaction furnace main body and an activation control means for the carbide sent from the carbonization furnace in the activation furnace. |
