PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cap with a thin-walled pour nozzle of high quality which can be efficiently manufactured. SOLUTION: In the cap with a thin-walled pour nozzle, an outer circumferential wall 120, on the inner surface of which an engaging part for engagement with a container is provided, is vertically provided on the underside of the outer periphery of an annular top plate 110, and a pour outer cylinder 130 having on its outer surface an engaging part for an over cap is erected on the upper side of the inner periphery of the plate 110. On the underside of the inner periphery, a recessed part 140 having a bottom plate, the front side of which is inclined rearwardly downwardly and the rear side of which is inclined forwardly downwardly, is vertically provided. A pour hole is provided at a laterally central point of the front part of the bottom plate, and a liquid return hole is provided in the rear part of the bottom plate so as to be connected to the pour hole. A pour nozzle 150 having at the rear a vertical notch connected to the liquid return hole extending from the forward end to the lower end is erected on the upper surface of the outer periphery of the pour hole. For manufacturing the cap with the pour nozzle, a die for injection molding, which has gate positions 11, 12, 13 on the bottom side of the bottom plate 141 at approximately symmetrical points, is used. |
