PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to solve an unattractive trouble due to the spot-like exposure of ink or the exposure of the adhesion of stain, dusts or the like at a transparent fixing part with a tip. SOLUTION: The outer periphery of the tip fixing part of a transparent joint, to which the tip of a ball point pen is fixed, or of an ink housing tube is roughening-treated or transferred and painted so as not to be seen through inside. Further, in the ink housing tube, a low viscosity oil-based ink or a water- based ink having shear-rate thinning properties is filled. At the rear end of the ink, a grease-like follower or a follower made of a gel-like nondrying matter is provided. This ball pen writing body is installed in a cap-off type writing utensil, through the tip hole of which the writing tip part of the ball pen writing body can be retracted and extended. In addition, by being pressed with a spring, a tip ball closely contacts with the ball holding part of a tip. |
