METHOD OF REMOVING NITROGEN OXIDE FROM GASEOUS FLOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing NOX from gaseous flow, more particularly flue gaseous flow. SOLUTION: The gaseous flow containing the NOX as an impurity is supplied to an adsorption device where the NOX is adsorbed during the adsorption cycle. The flow of ozone/oxygen is supplied to the adsorption device during the regeneration cycle. The ozone reacts with the adsorbed NOX and forms N2O5. This N2O5 flows out together with oxygen flow from the adsorption device to a scrubber. This oxygen is refluxed as supply raw material to an ozone generator. The treated flue gas is discharged to the atmosphere or is sent to another treating device.
